MAF Shopping Malls gears up for the 2008 Dubai Shopping Festival

MAF Shopping Malls, the leading manager and developer of shopping centres in the Middle East and North Africa today announced plans to sponsor the 2008 Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) for the 12th consecutive year.

Under the MAF Shopping Malls portfolio, Mall of the Emirates and Deira City Centre will offer visitors a high-voltage, action-packed 32 days of non-stop family entertainment, exclusive DSF promotions and chances to win over Dhs2m in prizes.

"The Majid Al Futtaim Group shares a close association with the Dubai Shopping Festival Office. This year, Mall of the Emirates will offer visitors an international line-up of entertainers from across the globe. Performers will fly in from Africa, America, Europe and the Sub-continent to perform daily in the Galleria on the world stage bringing the mall's central DSF theme to life through "The World of Entertainment".

Deira City Centre on the other hand will keep visitors on the edge of their seat with a simulated interactive car race on a giant racing track. This adrenal pumping event is sure to give our customers a taste of professional racing.
