The Baptist School selects ESKADENIA Software for e-schooling

The project consists of deploying core modules of ESKADENIA's e-schooling and school management system (DeniaSchool) and ESKADENIA Business Manager in phases.

The project aims at seamlessly 'e-enabling' the internal and external operations of the Baptist School within a scenario of high functional integration.

Deployment in the first phase, which was kicked off shortly after the signing, includes the Registration and Fee Management modules within DeniaSchool®, in addition to key e-schooling modules including Certification, Student Affairs, and School Settings.

In the next phase of the project, ESKADENIA Software will implement cutting-edge financial modules within ESKADENIA Business Manager, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

All systems provide comprehensive reporting capabilities with accurate up-to-date details concerning all the school's functionalities. Reports can be retrieved according to users' privileges and authorisation, as defined by the system administrator.

The systems are built on the latest Microsoft.NET technology and platforms, applying an Object Oriented approach that concentrates on the business needs rather than the technical limitations embedded in some technologies. An Extreme Programming approach is also used, shortening lead time, lowering costs, and meeting client quality standards and expectations. Accordingly, and due to the applied development methodology, all modules can fully and easily integrate with any other e-school management modules.
