INFDEX Design and Furniture Expo gateway to $200bn Middle East market

INFDEX 2008 is guaranteed to showcase the latest imaginative interior and exterior designs, antiques, furniture; kitchen designs and textiles with exhibitors from 18 countries confirmed for the New Qatar International Exhibition Center (QIEC) event taking place from 18th to 21st May.

INFDEX 2008 will attract 200 exhibitors to the Qatar International Exhibition Center, with leading European, Asian and Pan Arab designers already confirmed.

Justifying it's claim to provide 'innovation, not imitation', INFDEX 2008 will be supplemented by a 2-day design conference, featuring inspirational designers from around the world gathering in Doha to share their knowledge with the best designers the region has to offer.

New in 2008 will be the first INFDEX Awards, a series of unique prizes and awards celebrating creativity and innovation among exhibitors. The award categories will include:

INFDEX will open up a world of possibilities for talented young Qatari designers with the launch of the unique 'Best Young Designer' award offering the chance of a commissioned design.
