The new web-based e-training programme has been set up to help EMEA partners increase their product knowledge and improve sales by providing professional training on DRAM memory technology.
The Kingston Academy - offering online courses adds valuable knowledge and enhances skills to Kingston's indirect sales channel, boosting the pre and post sale support they provide to end-users by ensuring they have a competent and reliable understanding of DRAM technology.
'e-Learning is becoming popular in the Middle East and is gaining momentum particularly in the UAE,' said Antoine Harb, Business Development Manager, Kingston Technology Middle East and Africa. 'I am delighted that we are now able to offer sophisticated online training to our partners in the region. We are highly committed to the channel and want to offer them as much support as possible. Knowledge is key to providing successful sales advice and customer support, which is why we developed the Kingston Academy.'
The Academy offers six different modules, each covering a different area of the memory technology. Participants are guided through the course by script, voice over and animation tools. The modules increase in difficulty and become more technical throughout the course, gradually building the user's knowledge and proficiency. At the end of each module the user has the option to take a test on the covered topic and will receive a certificate after all six modules have been completed successfully.
The Kingston Academy is currently available in six different languages: English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish and is available free of charge to all partners which are signed up to the Kingston Partner Programme.
