Abdulghafoor bin Issmail Al Ajmi, supervisor of the customer service center in Al Amirat said that the outlet provides all Omantel's services includes fixed phone services, Internet, added value services, Oman Mobile services like mobile phone services and prepaid card services.
He said that the Customer Service Center will serve the residents of Al Amirat and nearby villages such as Al Qurayat residents and road crosser. He also added that the new Customer Service Center in Al Amirat is in distinctive location next to the highway this allows everybody to know the place easily.
He also added that the new Customer Service Center witnessing a continuous increase of customers who seek to benefit from services which Omantel provides for the residents and who pass to Wilayat Qurayat and Al Sharqiya region.
With the increment of a number of customers which endeavors to develop the services and increase of customers traffic is the main reason to shift to a new location, as it gains better opportunity to provide services.
He also pointed that the new customer service center opens at 8:00am to 8:00 pm and the staff in the new Customer Service Centers are well qualified to provide all services for customers and answer all queries.
