Al Mazaya plans Saudi expansion

Al Mazaya Holding has acquired land in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia, to develop a SR400-million ($107m) residential project, reported Trade Arabia. Al Mazaya is studying the potential of developing a series of mega and diverse projects in various cities such as Riyadh and Jeddah, while its debut will be in Al Ahsa. The firm plans to form a new company that will be named 'Saudi Mazaya', and will focus on this market.
