It is located in Business Park MotorCity that form one of five projects of MotorCity, a 38,000,000 square foot UP project located on the Emirates Road. The tower faces the Dubai Autodrome track and will be conveniently connected to the Marriott Renaissance Hotel and adjacent to the 3-storey spacious Automall, the automobile retail showroom.
'Control Tower will be the tallest building in Business Park MotorCity that will offer businesses an unobstructed office view of the race track, in fact the whole of MotorCity development,' said Lesley Sayle, Chief Property Officer, UP.
'It is a business address that is set to be the regional hub for the automobile and motorsports industries as businesses will access world class automotive facilities in addition to having the opportunity to live, work or be entertained within the same vicinity of the five project components within MotorCity. These components include the Dubai Autodrome that caters to motor sport and race enthusiasts; F1 Theme Park in Dubai, an edutainment destination that targets the entire family; and two residential areas, UPTOWN MotorCity and Green Community MotorCity that offer home owners freehold properties ranging from studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, townhouses, family villas, bungalows and luxury villas, and finally the Business Park MotorCity,' added Sayle.
Control Tower will have 38 floors, 13 retail spaces and 146 flexible office spaces starting from 3000 sq. ft. up to 14,000 sq. ft. The floor plans are designed to ensure optimal space management for greater working efficiency. An organisation can opt to take possession of a complete floor or up to four offices can be built on one floor. Control Tower's Green building design encompasses efficient energy and water consumption, improved indoor air quality and reduced environmental impact.
With security features such as Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, Smoke Detector and Video Surveillance with CCTV, it will have the latest in technological conveniences including WIFI and Intelligent Building System, ample parking facility with 1,102 parking spaces, 8 high speed elevators and district cooling. Control Tower is in close proximity to the upcoming Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Free Zone and other Dubai landmarks such as the Burj Al Arab, Mall of the Emirates and Palm Jumeirah.
UP has also launched UPTOWN MotorCity phase III to the public, following the remarkable success of phase I and II. Part of MotorCity, the architecturally designed UPTOWN MotorCity continues the success of the UPTOWN brand in Dubai. UPTOWN MotorCity is a freehold master-planned neighbourhood with amenities, schools, swimming pools, park areas, play areas, sports facilities and retail outlets.
