The new BMW M3 coupe arrives at Ali Alghanim and Sons showroom

- PRESS RELEASE
Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Co., Kuwait's exclusive BMW, MINI and Rolls-Royce importer, recently unveiled the latest addition to the BMW M line-up in Kuwait with the arrival of the fourth-generation of the BMW M3 Coupe.
Featuring a new V8 power unit that offers an enormous 420 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque at 8, 400 rpm, the new BMW M3 Coupe provides more power, less weight and lower fuel consumption. The brand-new eight-cylinder engine is the "heart" of the new BMW M3 Coupe, and combines outstanding power and performance with unique dynamism.
Mated to a six-speed manual gearbox, and interacting with the brand-new final drive featuring BMW's Variable M Limited-Slip Differential, the new M3 accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds up to an electronically limited speed of 250 km/h.
"When we first introduced the new BMW M3 Coupe at the Kuwait Motor Show, consumer response was very positive and we were able to register an instant demand for the car," said Yousef Al-Qatami, general manager, Ali Alghanim & Sons Automotive Co.
"Keeping with the company's promise to provide our customers with the best vehicles in the luxury market segment, the new M3 is now available at our showroom in Kuwait."
Hardly any other component on the body of the new BMW M3 expresses the car's cutting-edge technology as clearly - and, above all, as visibly - as the carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic (CFP) roof, a first for a production car in this segment. As visible proof of this new technology, the roof stands out intentionally through the fibre structure of this Formula 1 material, with only a layer of clear paint covering this high-tech surface.
"The new M3 features weight-reducing technologies allowing it to be a nimble and comfortable performer in the city and on the track," explained Al-Qatami. "A welcoming M designed interior and an athletic exterior make this car one of the most desirable BMW vehicles in our line-up."
