Foreign investors purchase Dhs6.505bn worth of shares on DFM during the last week, and sold Dhs7.844bn

Dubai Financial Market announced today that the value of shares and bonds bought by foreign investors, or non-UAE nationals, during last week (January 20 - January 24) reached Dhs6.505bn comprising 32.8% of the total value of stocks traded during the period.

The value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period reached Dhs7.844bn comprising 39.6% of the total value of stocks traded during the period.

Net foreign investment on the market reached Dhs1.339bn during the same period, as aggregate sell.

The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during last week reached Dhs5.031bn comprising 25.4% of the total value of stocks traded during the period.

The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached Dhs6.500bn which constitutes 32.8% of the total value of stocks traded during the period. Net institutional investment on the market reached Dhs1.469bn during the period as aggregate sell.
