Burgan Bank expands ATM network to advance reach across Kuwait

Having already established over 10 off-site drive-through ATM machines in Al Soor's country wide network, the Bank is well on its way to extend services across all 40 fuel station locations. When fully deployed, Burgan Bank will have the distinction of holding the largest drive-through ATM network in the GCC. Coupled with the 44 ATM machines installed across 19 branches, and a total of 35 offsite machines, the Bank offers a total of 79 ATM facilities across Kuwait.

The ATM network augments the Bank's distribution strategy and reflects the cornerstone of its evolved corporate identity which is 'customer-centricity', explains Karan Kapur, AGM Retail Banking, Burgan Bank.

"We forged an association with Al Soor Fuel Marketing Company in 2007, seeking to synergize our goals towards offering our respective customers value-added services. Al Soor indisputably has one of the widest fuel station networks in Kuwait. This now allows our customers to withdraw cash and perform other banking services around the clock from within the comfort of their car and at their convenience. We are taking the Bank to the places that the customer wants us."

With technological efficiency and transaction speediness being top priorities, the Bank has deployed the latest ATM equipment at these drive-through locations. These machines provide immediate access to enquiries, cash access, cash deposit, funds transfer and more.

The most recent installations include eight Al Soor's Fuel stations at Salmiya-Blajat, Gulf Street - Sha'ab, United Nations Roundabout, South Surra, Addan, Meshref, Andalus and Khytan.
