SAE Institute Amman, the world's largest digital media arts college announces the launch of five new short course programs in addition to its other programs, currently open for registration.
The short courses include Basic Music Production, Basic Film Production, Animation in 3ds Max and Maya as well as Graphic Design.
The courses begin on January 27th and range from two to six months in length depending on the program. All courses are taught by SAE International's The courses will be held at SAE Institute Amman's new state-of-the-art campus located on Airport Road, at the LUMINUS Skills Academy, near Marj Al Hamam Bridge.
Basic Music Production course offers music enthusiasts the chance to gain in depth theoretical and practical knowledge enabling future leading musicians and DJs to master the arrangement techniques, composition, pre-production, utilizing industry standard sequencing softwares, MIDI faculty from around the world and are certified by SAE International. recording, sequencing and virtual studio environments, integration of audio and MIDI for remixing, Samplers, synthesizers and virtual studio software, beat programming, sound design. Following the path of previous SAE students, SAE Amman will enable future graduates to exert an influence on the course of popular music on multiple levels.
Basic Film Production enables students to learn the basics of producing high resolution images, previewing composites of UFX in real time, cutting, grading and missing production from a single work station, enabling students to contribute to the revolution in digital media worldwide.
3D Animation (3ds Max and MAYA) are the ideal choice for those interested in creating 3D architectural modeling and virtual realities. The 3ds Max module enables students to grasp a wide range of techniques deploying highly advanced hardware and software emphasizing on developing students' creative and visualization skills. Moreover, the Animation for 3ds Max program will include basics of business management, marketing, legal and contemporary issues.
Used in the film and TV industry as well as computer and video games, the Maya software package is a high end computer graphics and 3D modeling software was awarded for its revolutionary technical achievements. Exposure to live action storyboarding, model construction and texturing techniques will benefit applicants of this program from substantial understanding of the 3D animation practice.
Graphic Design equips students with an overview of developing visual concepts, communication strategies and project planning, which enable them to become involved in the design implementation of professional graphic software, pre-press, quality control and finally the successful presentation of the final product.
