Acer, the third largest vendor in the global PC market has launched its Ferrari 1100 notebook.
"The Ferrari range of products has always been in fashion, and the new 1100 is loaded with features that are designed to empower the end users," said Mark Prosser, Product Marketing Manager, Mobility Products, Acer Computer Middle East. "Providing maximum portability for mobile users the 1100 is ideal for consumers who demands superior quality products that are also reliable, rigid, and stylish."
The Ferrari 1100 features a 64x2 dual-core mobile technology processor, delivering breakthrough computing potential with two independent 64-bit processors. It also comes with Acer's Grid Vista, which simultaneously shows eight windows on dual display. In addition, the Dolby Home Theatre delivers an extraordinary audio-video experience.
This ultra portable laptop comes with a hard disk password and a Kensington lock slot provided to provide extra security. An enhanced Acer Disk Anti-Shock protection (DASP) technology insulates the notebook, providing dependable 360-degree protection from shocks and bumps.
