Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammed Al Thani, Chairman of Sharjah Civil Aviation Department, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Saud Al Qassimi, chairman of the Finance and Administrative Department, Sharjah, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Majid Al Qassimi, Chairman of Sharjah Equestrian Club, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Mualla, Chairman of Finance and Administrative Department -Umm Al Quwain Government, Sheikh Ahmed bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Economic Department, Sheikh Abudlaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, HH Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Culture and Information-Ajman Government, Sheikh Hamad Bin Ali Al Thani, President of Qatar Equestrian Federation and a number of Their Highnesses Sheikhs of Ajman and Managers of Ajman Government's Departments in addition to other VIPs and local, international breeders; all of whom who significantly contribute in the supporting of initiatives that aim to preserve the Arabian horse in its ancestral land and allow future generations to enjoy this noble breed that is a living part of the region's rich culture and heritage.
On behalf of Tanmiyat Investment Group - the leading developer behind a host of mega projects in the region - the group's Chairman Sheikh Suleiman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majid presented an award to one of the winners.
Other sponsors who presented awards included Ajman Marina, Fakhruddin Properties, Dubai Bank, Sahara PR Group, Exclusive Media Sponsor of the event, and Ajman Stud the organizer.
The two day heritage event attracted 106 entries and witnessed awe-inspiring competitions among purebred Arabian horses, while gathering many fans and visitors from across the seven emirates and extensive media coverage, including a live T.V broadcast.
Ajman Arabian Horse Show 2008 attracts wide audience and high profile sponsors
Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi, Supreme Council member and Ruler of Ajman, and the supervision and follow up of H.H. Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, the closing ceremony of the Ajman Arabian Horse Show 2008 took place at Al Jurf racing course in Ajman.
