UAE investors will soon have the opportunity to acquire shared ownership of a home that is described as 'the most exclusive and exceptional property in the golfing world", reported Khaleej Times. Owners of The Residence, 9 The Links, St Andrews, Scotland, will be in Dubai this week to meet investors interested in buying fractional ownership of the five-bedroom town house, which offers 'magnificent' views of the Old Course at St Andrews. Shared ownership in the property will cost £775,000.
