The title's BPA circulation statement for the period from January to June 2007 shows an average increase of 12,883 copies on the previous six month period, representing a record 35% increase overall . Additionally, the total qualified circulation of 48,307 has 92.2% paid circulation making it not only the UAE's biggest selling magazine, but the fastest growing one as well.

Motivate Publishing continues to lead the charge towards total transparency to advertisers and as such was one of the first publishers in the Middle East to sign up for the audit process in 2004. Out of the 72 titles currently registered with the BPA in the Middle East, ten are Motivate Publishing titles, which represent more than 13% of all publications.

"The process and commitment of auditing circulations requires considerable investment on our part but we see this as an essential and worthwhile investment in creating transparency within the media industry," says Liam Marshall, General Manager of Sales & Marketing of Motivate Publishing. "We are encouraged by the increasing number of media organisations who have chosen the same route and this will ultimately drive the industry towards greater sophistication and credibility."

The latest audited circulation figures indicated strong growth across the whole spectrum of Motivate's extensive portfolio. Outstanding results were achieved within the company's business and business travel sectors for Gulf Business (29,082 copies), Business Traveller (25,341 copies) and Dubai Voyager (29,475 copies). All continue to remain a priority for media buyers wishing to reach a business or travel related readership.

This success was mirrored by the rise in prominence of Motivate's Emirates airline publications with Open Skies achieving a record average circulation of 56,327 for the period from January to June 2007, with 56,250 copies for Emirates TV & Radio and 9,215 copies for Portfolio. Such titles offer a unique opportunity to advertisers to address the first class, business class and other influential Emirates passengers onboard all Emirates flights.

Another strong performer is Motivate Publishing's women's lifestyle title Emirates Woman, with an average print run of 20,000 copies and a June 2007 circulation statement of 16,101 qualified copies. More than one out of every three copies are purchased in the retail market, reflecting the strong consumer pull that this brand enjoys.

Ian Fairservice, Group Editor & Managing Partner of Motivate Publishing commented: "If you are running a successful publishing business and if you have nothing to hide; if you can look your advertisers in the eye and tell them that you stand by the figures claimed in your advertising rate cards, then there is nothing to stop everyone having their magazines audited. That remains our commitment and is the promise that we continue to make to our advertisers."
