The real estate developer will use the show which is set to be a major venue for developers, construction companies, investors, and consumers, as a platform to showcase its innovative projects inside and outside the UAE, said company executives.
IREIS 2008 will take place during the period 30th January - 2nd February 2008, under the patronage of His highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. The show will cover over 9500 square meters area at Abu Dhabi International Exhibitions Center, and will host a large number of exhibitors active in areas such as: real estate consultancy, property developers, real estate financing, property investments.
Commenting on IREIS 2008, Dr. Sulaiman Al Fahim, CEO, Hydra Properties said: "Abu Dhabi Real Estate and Investment Show serves as a important platform for businesses and investors in this sector to showcase their products and services in UAE and the region". He added: "The show will also be an ideal venue for people in this industry to network and discuss opportunities, challenges and latest developments"
The mega development projects launched and going on in Abu Dhabi, to add more residential, and commercial units, in addition to the introduction of flexible regulations for ownership of land and property in the Emirate, makes Abu Dhabi the optimum place to organize the event.
