This is in line with PTCL's continuous effort to reach the highest customer service standards in both technical & non-technical solutions.
A joint MoU was signed in Islamabad by Dr. Doaa Fares, General Manager - Etisalat Academy, and Mr. Walid Irshaid, President & Chief Executive Office PTCL, to formalize their strategic cooperation. The agreement planned will include launching a unique 'e-learning' initiative to support the Broad Band technology services offered by PTCL to the Pakistani community, to promote learning & development; any time any where and any place.
On the occasion, Mr. Walid Irshaid, said,'The potential of PTCL growth is visible to me through the human capital we have, in the form of talented and experienced employees. Therefore, we have to focus on their ongoing development & training, to reach the highest standards of performance. I am confident of transforming our company into a world class ICT company with the traditional dedication and determination of our employees. Moreover, we are determined to remain the people's first choice of communication provider in the future, with best customer service at all times'.
Dr. Doaa Fares, General Manager, Etisalat Academy, said: 'It is our pleasure, honor & privilege to extend the distinguished programs of Etisalat Academy in Pakistan. We are committed to implement the agreed plan to the highest international standards, and we are really proud to be involved with the training and development of such a talented team of employees'.
The programmes planned will address Change Management, Marketing, Customer Profiling & Segmentation, Fault Reduction Control, Call Centre Upgrades, Sales Skills, Customer Service, Accounts & Finance, Project Management, Quality, Broadband Applications, Content Management, IT Security, Professional Assessment and eLearning Packages.
Under the terms of the agreements, special electronic competence centres will be established for evaluating employee skills in Islamabad (first stage), followed by similar centres in other major cities.
Etisalat Academy signs Dhs15m strategic training program MoU with Pakistan's PTCL
Etisalat Academy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PTCL to implement a strategic training program that extends to all main Training Colleges of PTCL across Pakistan.
