Qatari Diar buys Chelsea Barracks

Qatari Diar Real Estate Company (Qatari Diar) has completed the purchase of the Chelsea Barracks in London for £959m (QR6.94bn), reported The Peninsula. The deal was done in partnership with CPC Group of the UK. The acquisition of the 12.8-acre site is said to be the most expensive in UK history.
