Re/Max Abu Dhabi showcases 'Andalusia Hills' in IREIS

Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan paid a visit to Re/Max Abu Dhabi stand in IREIS, which is showcasing its Spanish project 'Andalusia Hills'.
Mr. Taher Al Ameri Re/Max's GM and Dr. Mohammad Guidoum CEO welcomed the Sheikh and gave him a brief explanation of the prestigious residential projects in Spain "Andalusia Hills".
Situated north of Madrid the Spanish Capital, the "Andalusia Hills" would be one of the most prestigious tourist projects at the heart of the Spanish countryside. It features a complex of tourist residential villas, a hotel, a spa, Golf fields, tennis playgrounds, gardens, a comprehensive services center and scores of other unprecedented features in an area of greenery and grape fields, he explained.
"Andalusia Hills" are just 30 minutes away from the finest mountainous skiing resorts in Spain. It is also near the airport, and the main highways and rail stations.
The first phase of the project will include 190 residential villas that are powered by solar energy and state-of-the-art smart house technologies. The overall area of each villa ranges between 2000 and 2700 square meters, while the built area ranges between 180 and 240 square meters. Each villa has its own swimming pool, along with gardens that are landscaped to the finest Andalusia style.
Dr Guidoum said "Having gained the confidence of the major UAE developers and real estate investors for its capabilities and expertise in real estate marketing worldwide, Re/Max Abu Dhabi was exclusively commissioned to market and sell the first phase of the giant Andalusia Hills project. Re/Max commitment to quality service has won fast credibility amongst developers, investors and clients alike within the relatively short period of its operation in Abu Dhabi.
Construction in the project is due to start in the first quarter of 2008, and the first phase will be finished within 18 months. Unit owners will be granted permanent residence in Spain, in addition to special credit facilities and the possibility to buy their units on installment basis. Re/Max offered its clients a 10% discount on the first 20 villas sold during the IREIS Show.
Dr. Guidoum was talking to journalists in Re/Max stand in IREIS. He said Abu Dhabi, the world's richest city, is expected to maintain its prestigious level for years to come, due to its huge reserve of oil and gas, and because it has the region's best infrastructure, a diversified economy, its attraction of highly skilled professional workforce and the giant industrial, tourist and real estate projects now underway.
