H.E Dr. Sulaiman Al Jassim vice president of Zayed University emphasized the importance of engaging students in the process of economic development, as it gives them an opportunity to interact with the business market and identify the various skills they need to enter the labour market in addition to gain practical experience through applying what they learned throughout college.

He spoke during his visit to "Hydra Properties" stand at IREIS which is currently being held at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
As part of their training program, the students introduce visitors to the different projects that "Hydra Properties" have developed, and engage in discussions with business executives.

"As a media student I must be able to adapt to any environment," said Sarah Khoury, communication and media sciences student. "So this training has given me the chance to practice my media skills and enhance my abilities to converse with people within a busy work environment."
