Orascom Technology Systems won the Contact Centre of the Year award and Jawad Sultan Technology, Oman, bagged the Unified Communications award, while Jeraisy Computers & Communications Services, Saudi Arabia, won Customer Transformation award.
The SME Distributor Award was awarded to APTEC Gulf, the Financial Sector award went to A.S Bughshan & Bros for winning new business in the regions growing financial sector. ATCOM took home Competitive Displacement of the Year award for displacing the competition in key sectors for Avaya. LOJAIN Communications and Networking was accredited with the Industry Transformation award, while Fakhro Electronics WLL was handed the Best Customer Support award for SME's.
