Citi supports American Mission Hospital, provides $30,000 grant

Citi announced a new grant to American Mission Hospital (AMH) which will be used to identify patients with various health issues and guide them towards better health and proper medical care.
All events will take place at the social centres identified by the Ministry of Social Development. The hospital will conduct a minimum of 5 events (with up to 200 patients at each event) at the social centres around the island.
Mayank Malik, CEO Citi Bahrain, said: "As an international financial services company, Citi is committed to help people improve their lives, businesses to grow, and communities to prosper around the world. Therefore support for projects like AMH Community Outreach events helps to better educate people living in disadvantaged communities regarding the steps they need to take to improve their general health and wellbeing."
Paul Armerding, CEO for American Mission Hospital, said, ""Thanks to the generous support of corporations such as Citi, the American Mission Hospital is able to continue offering Community Outreach events in Bahrain."
