Saudi Arabia's largest ISP rolls out Mitel

The agreement will see Riyadh-based Nesma take Mitel's broad range of award winning IP Communications Platforms to market. This includes the Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform (ICP) that scales from 10 to 65,000 users in a single network configuration. Nesma will also deploy Mitel's portfolio of innovative applications including the Mitel Customer Interaction Suite, to fulfil the needs of contact centers, and unified communications applications offering customers value-added solutions for mobility, teleworking, speech-enabled unified messaging, voice mail, collaboration, presence, video conferencing and wireless communications.
