RAKAA Properties to showcase masterplans of its smart technologies-equipped towers at IREIS 2008

RAKAA Properties, one of the GCC's leading property developers, has announced its participation at the fourth annual Abu Dhabi Real Estate and Investments Show, IREIS 2008.
More than eighty-three exhibitors from eleven countries will participate in Abu Dhabi's premier annual property show, representing the KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Spain, Cyprus, Germany, the UK, the USA, Malaysia, and Austria, in addition to the UAE. The organizers have announced that more than 95 percent of the exhibit space has been contracted. IREIS 2008 will occupy an exhibit space of 10,000 square metres, a 45 percent increase over last year's show.
Commenting on this participation, Dr. Abdulraman Al-Tassan, CEO of RAKAA Properties, said, "Our participation in IREIS 2008 is consistent with our efforts to add value to the property market. "We will display masterplans of our signature smart towers on Al Reem Island, Marina Tulip Tower, the Dynasty Tower and the Falcon Crest Tower, that reflect RAKAA's out-of-the-box approach to providing state-of-the-art development, with the aim of redefining the boundaries of creative design and optimum functionality in the property market. Sales of the Dynasty Tower and the Falcon Crest Tower will be completed in cooperation with Cornerstone, the exclusive sales and marketing agent for these towers. IREIS 2008 is a major event for master developers, property development companies, real estate agents and major financial institutions. IREIS 2007, held in early 2007, had 52 exhibitors taking part, occupying an area of over 6,500 square metres. This marked a 100 percent increase over exhibit space from the 2006 show. This year there is additional 3,500 square metres of exhibit space. The show is projected to conclude sales transactions and investment agreements to the value of over $2 trillion.
