MBR Establishment for Youth Projects honors a new group of emerging companies

Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders graduated a new group of emerging companies that benefited from the SME Tamweel program supported by the Institution in cooperation with Dubai Islamic Bank.

Abdul-Basset Al-Janahi, CEO of MBR Establishment and Khaled Al Kemda Group Managing Director-CEO of Dubai Islamic Bank participated in the evaluation held at Dubai Islamic Bank, to honor eight emerging companies that succeeded in running their business perfectly and managed to pay all the amounts borrowed.

In this context, Al-Janahi said: 'Our Establishment alliance with Dubai Islamic Bank is a good example of supporting ambitious Emarati youth, whether in the form of business consultations provided by the Establishment through a number of economic experts, logistic support services and all technical needs required for starting successful businesses or the form of financial supervision provided by Dubai Islamic Bank through soft loans for terms suitable for the needs of emerging companies and subject to Islamic Sharia.'

Al-Janahi stated his optimism toward the future of these eight companies, highlighting the fact that to start right is one of the main factors of success and durability. He stressed the Establishment's commitment to permanently supporting anything in the interest of creative Emarati youth. 'After six years of continuous, persistent work, we are celebrating today a new group of creative members, priding the record of Mohammed bin Rashid Establishment in their names and the names of their companies, whose revenues will positively affect our national economy and contribute to the employment of many young people.'

Al-Janahi said. 'Everyday we see our dreams become true, our power increases and our desire to provide more grows' he said.

In the name of the Establishment, Al-Janahi expressed gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of such experience, especially the vital role of Dubai Islamic Bank, without whose cooperation and initiatives to facilitate all financial issues many projects would not have succeeded.

He also confirmed the MBR Establishment for Young Business Leaders observes the UAE government strategy and the Strategic Plan of Dubai 2015 to raise public awareness of the importance of such an investment initiative, encourage national young men and women to launch their private projects and provide the required support with the aim of promoting national participation in building the national economy.

Khaled Al Kamda, said: 'Dubai Islamic Bank believes that companies and institutions should be an effective tool to enhance skills of UAE Nationals and qualify them to benefit from the wide opportunities in the local market. On this special occasion, it is important to highlight success of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation to create a new concept aimed at motivating youth to enter the business field.

He added: 'Dubai Islamic Bank hails the foundation's efforts that offered opportunities for hundreds of UAE National youth. These initiatives have significantly contributed to motivate youth to be real entrepreneurs. The Bank also recognizes the big efforts demonstrated by youth that have contributed to establish pioneer projects and companies in various sectors'.

The eight companies that achieved successful businesses among the establishment initiative are: Heritage for Henna, Bentley Security and Safety, Shifa Dubai for Skin Care, Tennis Training Academy, Advanced Construction Insulation, , AT & Consultants, Royal Industrial Stones and LLC. The program looks forward to many of these ambitious local models capable of developing and moving forwards the private investment world.

The MBR Award for Youth Projects aims at creating a competitive environment between new businessmen and honoring them for their good performance, in spite of their short history in such field. In addition, the Establishment honors and encourages individuals and institutions playing important roles in developing and supporting new businessmen performance and helping them in developing their business.
