Since then, the service has gained an ever-increasing market share, and customers have enjoyed the highest level of service in the industry without having to make any additional payments or investments.

Mr. Abdul Razak Jawahery, Executive Manager Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH), representing KFH as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Mena Telecom said, "The high level of call traffic, and the steady flow of new customers, both business and home-users, stand as a testament to the high-quality, reliability and value for money gained when switching to Mena Telecom. The choice we offer is simple; just sign up, and enjoy the savings!"

Mena Telecom's Carrier Pre-select Service (CPS) enables customers with a Batelco fixed line to choose Mena Telecom as their preferred telecom carrier for their international fixed line calls, granting them significant savings immediately by 30 % and there is no peak or of peak rates. Applying for the service is simple, and all a customer has to do is fill in an application form and choose Mena Telecom as their preferred international carrier.

The customer will then be transferred to the Mena Telecom network and will receive a monthly bill for their international calls from Mena Telecom with savings. In addition, this service allows customers to retain their original landline telephone number.

Signing up for the service can be done at any one of Mena Telecom's customer service retail Branches at GOSI Complex, Country Mall - Budaiya, KFH Automall - Sitra, or by downloading the application from our website. There is no subscription or hidden fees, no equipment to be installed in customer's premises, just lower international calling rates and great savings.

The international fixed line service (CPS) has proved a winning product for Mena Telecom due to the high demand in the business sector. A well-trained and professional sales and support team has been developed to cope with the demand. To ensure customer satisfaction and reach, Mena Telecom is adding to their GOSI, KFH showroom (Sitra), and Country Mall (Budaiya Highway) customer care retail outlets with retail outlets opening in Bahrain Financial Harbour and World Trade Centre during this year.

This coming year, Mena Telecom will continue to work with key international experts and network operators to ensure its customers have access to the latest technology.
