Speaking of the expansion, Ryan Mahoney, Managing Director of Better Homes said, "As Dubai grows we recognise the importance of adapting to our clients needs. The traffic situation here requires a greater geographical spread, and a presence in key communities provides our clients with greater flexibility," adding that, "having a coverage across the city enables us to offer a higher degree of specialisation within each area."

The opening of branches at Gold & Diamond Park, Jumeirah Beach Residence and Dubai Festival City, coincided with the launch of the company's new office concept. The fresh new look was designed to create a more open and approachable feel for clients; "We have revised the entire office design to incorporate both the functionality and the aesthetics of the offices and feel the new design better reflects the company in that it is bold, dynamic and service oriented" commented Mahoney.

In addition to its growth in Dubai the firm is also currently expanding throughout the UAE and beyond. The opening of the new Abu Dhabi branch in early February comes quick on the heels of the launch of Better Homes in Jordan, adding to international operations in UK, India and Saudi, with Bahrain and Pakistan set to open their doors shortly.

On the current phase of expansion Mahoney stated; "These are very exciting times for us. Developing a more client focused operation is very important and to have the opportunity to take Better Homes to so many different countries is a real honour."
