Falconcity of Wonders exhibiting at the International Property Show in Dubai (IPS 2008)

For the third year in a row, Falconcity of Wonders is participating in IPS due to its importance in the field of real estate whereas it is considered one of the most important shows in the Middle East to conclude Real Estate deals.

This one of a kind project in terms of concept, design and execution is expected to attract potential investors, experts in real estates, and the most prominent personalities as well as media coverage at the locally, regionally and internationally. This mega project is different from all other real estate project because it is saturated with diverse cultures and at the same time reviving the traditions of the UAE.

Falconcity of Wonders occupies more than 40,000,000 square feet at a total cost ranging between Dhs5.5bn, and Dhs6bn. Falconcity of Wonders is an integrated city that accommodates exclusive educational, residential, commercial and entertainment elements.

The city hosts the Wonders of the World: the Eiffel Tower, the Egyptian Pyramids, the Tower of Pisa, the Taj Mahal, the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, the Great Wall of China and the Lighthouse of Alexandria. In addition, the city contains streets for famous international cities such as Beirut, New York, Venice, India and Rome. Moreover, the city holds a theme park that will cover an area of 4 million square feet and will be built in the most ingenious way to attract the largest number of tourists, covering all ages, nationalities and activities.

Honoring the heritage of the UAE, the Falconcity of Wonders is shaped as a Falcon, which represents the country's symbol of heritage.
