Ahli Bank's Head of HR presents to Middle East College MBA students

To familiarize MBA students at the Middle East College with the emerging trends of banking in Oman, Ahli Bank official, Said Al Hamdani - Head of Human Resource, recently conducted a presentation on the HR scenario in Oman.

Over 20 MBA students attended the special presentation held at the Middle East College premises. The Middle East College is based at the Knowledge Oasis and offers various programmes to IT students. Providing a perspective of the growing economy, Said Hamdani's key message to the students highlighted the importance of HR Development and Training in the banking industry.

Emphasizing on the human resources and skills required, he explained the process of career progression that takes place in the banking industry.

In the context of the current employment situation in Oman, Hamdani further stressed on the increasing job opportunities that were being created in the market due to the boom in industrial development taking place across all sector including banking.
