Coca Cola holds sales and distribution meeting in Jordan

For the very first time in Jordan, Coca Cola, the world's paramount soft drink brand, held an internal event commemorating its distributors' and staff's efforts and ongoing dedication.

The 2 day event expanded over Feb 6 and 7, and took place at the Intercontinental Hotel, Amman involving distributors and staff members from Jordan, Syria and Iraq.

Holding a rich variety of interactive workshops and activities, the two day event started with a welcoming speech by Muhannad al Turk, General Manager of Coca Cola Bottling Company of Jordan, and Micheal Oneil, CEO of Coca Cola Içecek, whereby Oneil welcomed the attendees and revealed the secret of Coca Cola's success embedded in each and every individual working within the Coca Cola umbrella.

Moreover, Al Turk awarded a large number of 20 employees for their best achievements in terms of internal performance, in addition to market distribution. The first day of the event was later on concluded with a gala dinner and a surprising memorable performance by Nancy Ajram, Coca Cola's brand ambassador.

'The purpose of this event revolves around creating an understanding of Coca Cola as a unified family expanding over the borders. Employees were asked beforehand on the secret behind Coca Cola's tremendous success; various answers were given when the only right one is actually our profound distribution and human resource base,' stated Oneil.

The second day of this pioneer event entailed the provision of multiple workshops including sales techniques, picture of success and model distributor aiming at developing and refining the skills of Coca Cola's distributors and human resource base.

The event was concluded with a presentation of future products to be launched in 2008 in addition to the dissemination of distinctive giveaways for the attendees, thanking them and encouraging further remarkable achievements and accomplishments.
