Bonyan to unveil Dhs10bn worth of projects at the Dubai International Property Show 2008

The property platform boasts the most lucrative transactional real estate record in the region, and is expected to attract 27,500 visitors this year, including high-end investors and decision makers from around the globe.

Platinum sponsor, Bonyan, is anticipating significant sales across its latest regional offerings. Bonyan's current projects include: Al Jadaf, geared towards GCC and local nationals which comprises mixed-use plots of land located in the heart of Dubai, as well as freehold projects in Dubai, namely Dubai Gate 1 and 2; Sharjah Gate and the ABBCO Tower, also located in Sharjah.

The Group will also be announcing its project strategy and intentions for the future, including an extensive project in Kurdistan that will comprise 2000 residential units - villas and apartments alike - two hotels and a shopping mall.
