ISIT AE announces first Middle East customer at Dubai office launch

ISIT, a pioneer in data storage technology and a leading systems integrator in Europe, today launched its Middle East operations and announced its first customer in the region.

Leo Burnett, one of the world's largest advertising agencies, has selected ISIT's range solutions to manage Storage of the company's vast amounts of electronic data.

ISIT AE's launch event featured an exclusive seminar targeting mid-market businesses, which typically lack awareness of the risks faced if the right storage solution is not in place. 140 senior IT decision makers attended the event which included presentations by leading European experts commentating on the latest storage market trends and illustrating the importance of integrating data storage and availability solutions into enterprise IT systems. These experts included top level executives from NetApp, Iron Mountain Digital, Tandberg Data and the chairman of ISIT, Roelof Borggreve.

Showcasing ISIT's expertise and experience in developing and delivering innovative technologies, the seminar discussed emerging trends such as database archiving, Storage as a Service, Virtualization, Data Deduplication and Continuous Data Protection (CDP). ISIT's solutions in these areas of storage are designed to support business continuity and enhance productivity, eventually resulting in improved profitability.
