As part of its ongoing expansion, the firm's new International Sales division, based in the UAE, will offer a team of dedicated consultants selling international properties to local and expatriate residents of Dubai and the wider emirates. In addition to its off-plan selection, the new division will also offera range of exclusive international properties on the resale market.

Speaking of the new division Ryan Mahoney, Managing Director of Better Homes said,

"With an ever increasing market for overseas property, especially from people living in this region, we recognized a need to provide our clients with a wide range of international property options with the added convenience of a team based locally."

"This is an exciting challenge and one we hope will take us ever closer to the ultimate one-stop-shop for professional real estate services."

To add to its existing and growing international property portfolio, covering a number of different countries, the realtor will unveil a collection of properties from two of the world's leading property developers; George Wimpey from United Kingdom and Cubanoglu Properties in Turkey, at the forthcoming show.

Wimpey is one of the UK's largest property developers with over 125 years experience as a building company. The show will bring four of its most prestigious developments to Dubai, all based within close proximity of London's 2012 Olympic Games village.

Curbanoglu Properties Ltd, a Turkish construction company and property developer since the 1980s, will have three projects on show with Better Homes, including; White Rock in Akkaya Valley, a new development of detached villas positioned on a hill amongst pine trees, all facing the Akkaya Lake and the magnificent mountain range.

Mahoney went on to say "We have some really exciting properties at the show from the UK, Turkey and Greece. It is a great achievement for us to be able to bring such established names from the international property stage to the people of Dubai."
