Sawaber complex to be destroyed

The Public Authority for Housing Welfare plans to demolish the Sawaber accommodation complex, reported Kuwait Times. A report made by the authority revealed that the complex was not suited as an accommodation for Kuwaiti citizens. The complex has 544 flats and the authority owns 134 of the flats while the other 420 flats are owned by Kuwaiti individuals or real estate companies. The authority said it plans to compensate the citizens who own flats in the complex.
