Located in the Telecompu Mall on Jeddah's well known Palestine St, the new service center will be the stand-alone headquarters of the company's service network, with support from its customer information center, which was established in 2006.
With the center being linked to the company's other departments through an online network, customers can now call a toll-free number: 800-244-2929, to get state-of-the-art service for their LG appliances. All customer calls are backed by a promise to receive a response within 24 hours. Besides that the support of 36 well-equipped vehicles operating as mobile workshops with 92 thoroughly trained technicians will provide the first-class service that United Naghi feels their customers deserve.

In addition to the spacious workshop, the center's total area of 1,200 square meters also includes a well-sorted training school and a large storage facility for spare parts to cut down on the turnaround time for repairs.
