The outstanding sales performance of the project reflects well on the developer's expectations for 2008, and is part of an aggressive expansion plan, which had been rolled out to leverage the increasing demand for luxurious developments in the region. With aims of further reinforcing its presence in the international real estate market, the developer is currently showcasing its project portfolio at the International Property Show 2008, being held at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre (DIEC) from February 17- 19, 2008.
