Australia's Murdoch University has signed a partnership agreement with Dubai's International Academic City to open up a new university in the emirate. Murdoch University International Study Centre Dubai is expected to attract students from within the UAE, across the Middle East as well as the Subcontinent, offering degrees in Media, Mass Communication and Business. The first semester will start in September 2008.
