"We have seen that exhibitions give customers a chance to interact with the nature and personality of our developments, while also talking to our team who are passionate about these extraordinary projects," said Ronald S. Barrott, CEO Aldar Properties.
"The Al Raha Beach development blends luxurious landscapes, modern living amenities and also comply with international ratings systems for sustainable construction, known as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Buildings Rating System (LEED). Showcasing Al Raha Beach projects such as the Al Zeina precinct and Al Muneera attract the interest of show attendees, not only due to the lifestyle being offered, but also because we combine luxury with environmental responsibility and international best practices."
Set to be handed over in December 2009, the first phase sales launch comprised 30% of the total project. Al Zeina contains luxury residential apartments, townhouses and beach front villas, private boat moorings, retail high street with local supermarket and shops, waterside restaurants and cafes, 500-metre public beach with landscaped gardens, luxurious shared gardens and open spaces.
"The extremely high sales during IREIS were as expected," commented James Khazaei, Head of Sales and Leasing, Aldar Properties. "The market knowledge displayed by the customers who purchased property in recent exhibitions indicates that they are taking careful consideration in where they want to live and the property they choose to invest into. Aldar's developments encompass many aspects of modern living from luxury, accessibility to environmental consciousness. The consideration that we put into our projects in this regard is part of our value proposition and this is evident to our buyers."
The exhibition runs from the 17th - 19th February in the Trade Center, Dubai.
