  • PRESS RELEASE

Investor interest for reservations in the second phase sales of DWC Residential City - the residential component of Dubai World Central, the 140 square kilometre urban land project in Jebel Ali, Dubai - was high on the first day of the International Property Show (IPS), Middle East's biggest transactional property show being held at Dubai International Exhibition Centre.

Sheikh Hasher bin Maktoum Al Maktoum, Director-General of Dubai Information Department who opened the show was briefed about DWC's real estate offerings by Khalid bin Harib, DWC's Real Estate Director. 254 plots ranging from 5,000 to 12,000 square metres will go on sale from next month, several of which have found potential buyers from major developers and corporate investors at the IPS event.

Over 184 hectares of land will be available in Phase 2 of DWC Residential City - the city's largest phase - which will be home to around 53,000 people.
