Successful first day for SNASCO at International Property Show 2008

The comprehensive annual property sales exhibition, which opened today, is expected to draw thousands of visitors over the course of the next couple of days, including real estate agents, property developers and interested investors and prospective buyers.

The firm's multi-million dollar mega project, the Sharjah Investment Centre (SIC), has enjoyed a staggering amount of attention since its launch in 2007, and continues to do so as visitors stream to the SNASCO stand at this year's International Property Show.

The project, the first of its kind in Sharjah, features industrial, commercial and residential clusters / compounds, providing a wide range of logistical and investment services, and promises to inject a substantial amount of punch into the economy of Sharjah.

Deputy Chairman of SNASCO, Mr. Talal Al Sorayai, commented on the intensity of the public's interest in this project, saying, "The SIC is one of the most important and challenging projects we have undertaken to date, and it is good to see that our intensive promotion of this project is paying off. We have received endless enquiries with regard to this development, indicating the overall consensus, both in business circles and among the general public, that the SIC is the kind of project that will catapult Sharjah's economy forward for years to come."

Al Sorayai went on to say that exhibitions like the International Property Show were a vital meeting ground for real estate industry players, saying, "Our participation in this event not only allows us to reach a wide international public with our projects, but also provides us with excellent networking opportunities and creates a forum for the discussion and resolution of industry-related issues."
