Now in its 7th year, the prominent Excellence in Energy Awards - the industry's Oil Oscars, recognizes and rewards business excellence in the energy sector across the GCC region. This annual awards ceremony has seen significant growth since its debut, with over 300 companies being nominated and over 600 attending the awards ceremony. Reflecting the prestige and credibility of the awards, the evening is supported by some of the region's most prominent energy industry leaders including platinum sponsor Dolphin Energy and gold sponsor Schlumberger.
"Pipeline Magazine has gone to great lengths to establish the Oil Oscars as the industry's most esteemed event as well as ensuring its continuous success. With the world's attention continually focused on the energy sector in this region, an event such as this, which recognises the contributions and achievements of industry leaders is very important,"
commented Eileen Michael, Director of Reflex Publishing, founders of the Oil Oscars. "Having Dolphin energy as our lead sponsor demonstrates the awards' credibility and the respect it has among the industry."
"We regard this as the leading event for the recognition of excellence in this industry," stated Ahmed Ali Al Sayegh, CEO of Dolphin Energy Limited. "Our company's sponsorship of the Oil Oscars reflects Dolphin's appreciation and respect for Reflex Publishing's dedication to excellence in the field of journalism as well as their commitment to the awards for the last seven years."
Based in Abu Dhabi, Dolphin Energy Limited is also the creator of the unique Dolphin Gas Project. This initiative will allow Dolphin to produce, process, and supply large amounts of natural gas from Qatar to the UAE with strict adherence to international standards in all areas including safety measures, and environmental protection.
