Success for Falconcity of Wonders at the International Property Show, Dubai 2008

The event is considered one of the most important transactional property exhibitions to conclude real estate deals.

IPS 2008 was organized at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre from 17th - 19th 2008.

During the Exhibition, 'Falconcity of Wonders' attracted potential investors, experts in real estates, and the most prominent personalities as well as media coverage at the local, regional and international level. This mega project is different from all other real estate projects because it honors man kind civilizations and developments and glorifies the traditions of the United Arab Emirates in one city.

The visitors expressed their admiration for the creative idea of Falconcity of Wonders that was brought to life by Mr. Salem Al Moosa, Chairman and CEO of Falcon City of Wonders LLC (FC).

During the exhibition, Mr. Salem Al Moosa explained that he wanted to bring together the East and the West as well as the wonders of the world in one city where people can witness the splendor of human creations.

Moreover, Mr. Salem Al Moosa said that Falconcity of Wonders was among the first mega project developers to register under the Land Department's new property law 8, which mandates the use of escrow account deposits. The escrow law was set to protect the rights of all stakeholders in the real estate market and this makes Falconcity of Wonders a safe investment.

Occupying more than 40,000,000 square feet, Falconcity of Wonders is an integrated city that accommodates exclusive educational, residential, commercial and entertainment elements.
