Bahrain sets health centers for the disabled

Bahrain's new health centers will be disabled-friendly, Health Minister Faisal Al Hamer told the Shura Council, reported Gulf Daily News. He said the centres would have all necessary facilities for disabled people. He added the new Comprehensive Disability Complex, to be built by the Social Development Ministry, included all health services required by the disabled. There are 6,263 disabled people registered with the Social Development Ministry and are in need of more services, which are not present at health centers.
