Fakhruddin successfully completes its run at the International Property Show

The event, which took place at the Dubai International Exhibition Center from February 17 - 19, has seen both investors and the general public showing a great deal of interest in the projects the leading reality firm has on offer.
Its state of the art developments situated in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Business Bay, The Lagoons and International City garnered a great deal of attention drawing crowds to the Fakhruddin stand.

'This year's event has been highly beneficial to us since IPS is warranting a fair amount of international interest, more than at previous times,' said Mr. Yousuf Fakhruddin, the CEO of Fakhruddin Properties.'

A key attraction at this year's event is the developer's twin tower project, the Dhs1.5bn the Maimoon Twin Towers that is seeing the launch of the region's first Aqua Park within the tower. The Aqua Park's facilities for Fakhruddin twin tower is situated at the podium level and it includes a mini golf, hot tub, a spas infinity pool, slides and jump board. There is even a pool bar, a 'lazy river', a pretend beach, picnic areas, a party area and an outdoor cinema. Expected to be completed by 2010, the Maimoon Towers - like all of Fakhruddin's property projects - are smart technology enabled, featuring spacious luxurious apartments. 'Tower One' which has 45 floors and 'Tower Two' featuring 30 floors, both feature luxurious and state of the art studio, one, two, three and four bedroom apartments as well as a fitness club, sauna, shopping arcade and food court.

Also being showcased at IPS 2008 is the firm's signature trilogy of towers which come under the Trafalgar banner. The Trafalgar Central, Trafalgar Executive and the Trafalgar Tower are luxury residential towers located in International City's 'Central Business District' boasting an array of plush state-of-the-art facilities. The developments which are all smart technology enabled feature modern studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, private parking, a high-tech health clubs, and even a selection of retail outlets.

Also to be showcased at the event will be The Coral International, a smart-home enabled freehold development located in Dubai Sports City.
