GOIC and FGCCC signs a Memorandum of Understanding

Within the framework of fostering cooperation, the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting and Federation of GCC Chambers (FGCCC) Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with FGCCC.

H.E Dr. Ahmed Khalil Al Mutawa', Secretary General of GOIC, and H.E. Abderrahim Naqi, Secretary General of the federation, in GOIC premises in Doha signed the MoU.

The importance of the memorandum stems from the importance of the cooperation between the two establishments in the fields of mutual interest, and strengthens integration efforts amongst the economies of GCC member states.

The MoU provides for a group of items such as: exchange of annual work programs to know fields of common work and coordinate related activities;
exchange of technical and legal consultancy and laws' projects;
exchange of information relating to investment opportunities which can be commonly implemented by businessmen in GCC member states;
seek to organize bilateral visits between businessmen.

In addition, the MoU provides for cooperation in organizing training courses;
electronic linkage between the General Secretariat of FGCCC and GOIC, specially in terms of electronic information;
preparing a program for exchanging visits between the staff of GOIC and FGCCC secretariat to exchange expertise.
