Arabtec/EEC JV receives Letter of Acceptance from Damac for Dhs277m project in Jordan

Arabtec/Engineering Enterprises Company - Jordan joint venture recently received a letter of Acceptance from Damac Investments and Properties Company LLC, Jordan to construct the The Heights, The Lofts Courtyard 1 & 2 Buildings at Abdali Development Project in Amman, Jordan.
The Heights consists of 36 storey, plus ground floor, 5 basement levels and mezzanine floor. The Courtyard consists of 7 storey, plus ground floor and mezzanine floor.
Riad Kamal, Managing Director of Arabtec Holding PJSC said, "Arabtec is pleased to add this project to its regional projects portfolio in Doha, Karachi and Syria. This project compliments Arabtec's track record with Damac which commenced a few years back in UAE". He added: "Arabtec is pleased to joint venture with EEC - Jordan to construct this prestigious project. EEC is a leading contractor in Jordan and is recognized for its quality projects and ability to deliver projects on time".
Arabtec/Engineering Enterprises Company (EEC) Joint Venture in Jordan has been formed on an equal basis between the two companies.
