Emirates to fly to Kozhikode

Emirates Ailrine has announced that it will launch non-stop flight six times a week to the southern Indian city of Kozhikode (Calicut) from July 1, 2008. Calicut will become the third city in the state of Kerala to be served with non-stop Emirates flights from Dubai, after the airline introduced services to Kochi in 2002 and Thiruvananthapuram in 2006. Calicut will also become Emirates' 10th destination in India.
