Great Properties sells out first phase of Blossoms Towers in Ajman

Blossoms Towers is being developed by Al Rashed Real Estate and is being marketed by Great Properties, an integrated real estate sales and marketing company with an investment portfolio of nearly Dhs500m.

Great Properties' negotiations with interested parties, which included a number of developers keen to capture a chunk of this quality project, resulted in phase one of the project being sold out by the end of IPS.

Commenting on this success, Mr Mohammed Al Zarah, Vice President of Great Properties, said,

'We have received many inquiries regarding investment in the new projects, most of which have been fruitful, despite the short period of time since the announcement of the project. The exhibition provided a great opportunity to showcase our project for the real estate community.'

'We expected good sales for the project, particularly at IPS as it is a quality project which will add value to the future real estate scene in Ajman. One of the major selling points of the Blossoms Towers development is that it targets a broader section of society than is normally catered for, and I believe that it heralds a new era in the property industry - one that offers affordable housing and puts an end to the ever increasing rents that prevent many people from being able to purchase property,' he continued.

'GREAT has set up an attractive, interest-free six-year payment plan for all end-users in order to make the project more affordable. Through this plan they will begin to receive the benefits and profits of their investments within few months,' Al Zarah added.

Blossoms Towers is the collective name for four residential towers under development in Humaid City in Ajman. Individually, these four towers are known as the Cassia, Daisy, Orchid, and Lavender Towers. Construction on the towers is set to start within six months.

The Blossom Towers development targets earners who cannot afford to live in Dubai due to the high property prices, but even though unit prices in the towers will be affordable, facilities will not be lacking. Each of the Blossom Towers will contain a number of facilities, including a mosque, a library, 24-hour maintenance, a high-tech security system, a children's play area, a nursery, separate swimming pools for men, women and children, and internet facilities, to name but a few.
