The scope of the work includes the partial furnishing of 200 rooms and total fit out and partial furnishing of most of the public areas.
Depa India is also currently undertaking a number of total turnkey interiors, furniture, fixtures and equipment ('FF&E') contracts across the country. These include the Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon in North India, the Aurum Hotel in Delhi, as well as projects in the high-end luxury residential sector.

Depa India is also building the largest production factory in India to fit out hotel interiors which is scheduled to be operational by the end of this year. Located in the outskirts of Mumbai, this factory will be a landmark development in terms of size, scale and capacity. Depa India's operations are headquartered in Mumbai, with a satellite office in the north of the country. The company plans to open offices in Bangalore in the South and a further two in Central and East India by 2009.
