Al Majid Motors Co. wins Dealer of the Year award 3rd time in a row

Al Majid Motors Co., a member of the Juma Al Majid Group and sole distributor for Kia vehicles in the UAE, has won the KIA Dealer of the Year award for the third year in a row.
Addressing the winners during the award ceremony, Mr. Chung offered his "sincere congratulations on being selected as one of the world's best Kia dealers in 2007".
"We at KMC know that our success in recent years is a direct result of your efforts," he said. "Without your commitment and dedication, our future would not be as bright as it is today, and for this, I offer you my heartfelt thanks."
Mr. Chung went on to say that earlier that day, Kia had agreed to extend their sponsorship of the Australian Open for another five years through 2013.
"We at Kia are very excited about this news and look forward to many more years of recognizing our top performing dealers here in Melbourne, while continuing to support the game of tennis at a grassroots level through the Amateur Australian Open."
The awarded dealers were selected based on the results of the annual Kia Dealer Excellency Program (KDEP), which is an objective evaluation tool that aims to strengthen the capability of KIA distributors around the world.
President of Al Majid Motors Co., Mr. Samir Tayeh said that this repeated achievement was a clear testament to the high level of customer service excellence Al Majid Motors provide their ever growing customers in the UAE.
"With this achievement and the face-lift modes to be launched, customers will continue to be rewarded by our unrelenting product innovation and commitment to excellence," he said.
A total of 34 dealers were selected to participate in the program and Al Majid Motors Co. were the only distributor selected from the Middle East Region. The evaluation measures 6 key performance areas of each dealer - facilities, sales, after service, marketing, finance and general management.
